With the KW Coilovers Variant 3 inox-line you will get much more than just a sporty lowering and excellent driving behaviour on all roads. It is based on our long experience as a suspension manufacturer and supplier for international motor sport, such as the touring car series ADAC GT Masters, FIA GT1, FIA GT3, International GT Open, WTC, VLN and the legendary ADAC Zurich 24h-race Nürburgring.
Similar to our racing Coilovers from the KW Competition program, the KW Coilovers Variant 3 inox-line can be adjusted independently in compression and rebound damping. This individual adjustment possibility is much appreciated by sports car manufacturers, tuners and drivers worldwide.

The perfect suspension setup for more driving pleasure

If you have already made your first performance modifications to your vehicle our KW Coilovers Variant 3 will compliment your upgrades. The patented KW-valve technology for separate adjustment of rebound and compression damping allows you to individually setup your suspension.The adjustable KW bottom valve adjusts the low-speed range of the compression level in twelve clicks.
You don't need any adjusting tools because of the patented compression adjuster at the lower end of the stainless steel housing. The adjustable compression damping with its twelve exact clicks allows you to manually influence body roll, without having to change the spring rate which optimally matches the rebound.
With the individually adjustable rebound setup of the KW coilover Variant 3 inox-line , you can directly influence the handling and comfort with its precise click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers on the upper end of the piston rod will be adjusted via an integrated adjustment wheel or a twist-adjustment wheel which is included in the delivery content.
By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel body movements are reduced. You will have more stability during high speed cornering. If you change for example the wheel / tire combination (approved by the car manufacturer) to larger wheels, then with a KW coilover Variant 3 inox-line you will be able to adjust the car's handling perfectly.

KW coilover struts made of stainless steel are 100% rust-free and an unlimited life time.
Therefore the operation of the continuous lowering via the dirt-resistant KW trapezoid thread and the KW composite collar is also not affected after years. With the HLS lift system you can lift your sports car or lowered vehicle to safely negotiate obstacles such as speedbumps, railroad crossings, road works, garages and underground car parks. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system your vehicle can be hydraulically lifted either at the front axle or on both axles by up to 45 mm.
KW Hydraulic Lift System

This prevents damage to your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even oil sump. The lift system is available either as a vehicle-specific solution with or without a KW coilover kit, depending on the type of car and the model. If you cannot find your vehicle in our KW HLS product range, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system.

For a wide range of super cars and general everyday cars our HLS is available as an application-specific solution. Included in the delivery are such parts as the hydraulic lines or hydraulic pump adapted to your vehicle, all components will fit perfectly to your sports car. No matter if you want to combine the HLS with your series suspension kit or our KW coilovers which are one of the worlds top aftermarket products, the choice is yours. Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso and many other well-known companies of the international automotive industry place their trust in KW coilover kits.

The lift kit "HLS 2" is only installed on the front axle. "HLS 4" allows you to lift the entire vehicle. A hydraulic cylinder is installed between spring plate and springs of each KW strut. The great advantage of the hydraulic system is that driving dynamics are not affected. The delivery content for all HLS lift kit versions include a control unit, which is connected to the vehicles on-board electronics. The vehicle will be automatically lowered at a certain speed to the original level of the KW coilover kit or your series suspension.

Effective January 1, 2011. Supersedes all previous terms, policies, and agreements. Not withstanding applicable Australian Law.

KW Suspensions

Street Coilovers , Variant 1, Variant 2, Variant 3, Street Comfort and Club Sport Coilovers; 2 Yr/Unlimited Kilometre Warranty.
Hydraulic Lift Systems (HLS), Dynamic Lift Control (DLC), Dynamic Damper Control (DDC); 2 Yr/Unlimited Kilometre Warranty.
Bushings, Bump stops and Ball Joints; 1Yr/Unlimited Kilometre Warranty.
Competition Suspension, 2 and 3 way Race Coilovers; No Warranty.

Warranty Conditions and Limitations

This warranty is NOT TRANSFERRABLE and is limited to Australia. This warranty does not apply to any article not purchased through authorised KW Automotive Australia/Scuderia Autoart Pty Ltd dealers.
This warranty does not apply to:

Any articles that show signs of abuse, collision or improper installation.
OEM Equipment; Private label items produced by KW automotive (warranty is carried by the private label company unless otherwise specified). Any parts that are installed in vehicles that are used for race purposes, operated commercially, or used in off road conditions.
Any parts that have been sold with "No Warranty" designation on the original invoice.
Any parts that have been modified or altered in any way from its original configuration.
Any parts that have been:
- Installed improperly.
- Used out of its published operating range or outside KW tested force ranges, i.e.
  - Used in conjunction with non Non-KW Automotive Australia/Scuderia Autoart Pty ltd approved Air Bag kits, sway bars, springs, control arms etc...
  - Excessively lowered or raised vehicles.

1=Height adjustable on the front and rear axles (threaded strut housings) - 37=For cars which have electronic dampers, make sure they are shut down. Specific electronical damper shut-downs are available from KW. Please check our accessories list - 67=Dampers are adjusted by easily operating adjustment wheels. Rebound is only adjustable if the top of the piston rod is accessible. This will depend on the vehicle construction.
